TERMS
All merchandise will be pre-paid with a major credit card. Schools, housing authorities, and government agencies may also use purchase orders.
PRICING
Minimum order - $25.00 excluding shipping and handling. Prices are given by quotation only. All written quotations are good for 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. For current pricing/quotes, call 609-646-1655 or fill out or contact form.
ORDERING
You can place your order over the phone, through our website or via email. Email orders should include complete shipping information including customer name, correct billing and shipping address. To help expedite your orders, please include a part number and description.
SAMPLES
If you are not 100% sure that you have found the part you need, please send a sample. You should also send a sample if an item that you need is not shown in our catalog. Include any available information such as the name of the manufacturer or brand name of their window or door, and the type of window or door (e.g. sliding or casement). It is also important to know what function the part performs. If you are presently using a substitute item for your original part, please send both parts. We may be able to provide the original. The above information will help us reduce research time for hard to find and obsolete parts.
All samples must be tagged with your complete name, address, phone number and quantity desired. Samples will be returned with your order.
FINISHES
Standard finishes will be provided. Please specify if you require a particular finish.
LEFT/RIGHT PART SPECIFICATIONS
Frank & Jim's Inc. determines whether an item is left-handed or right-handed by viewing it from the inside looking out. Items on your right will be right-hand items and items on your left will be left-hand items.
SUBSTITUTIONS
In order to satisfy need and provide our customers with the most economical and highest quality parts, we may replace catalog items with working substitutes from time to time.
CUSTOM-MADE/SPECIAL-ORDER MERCHANDISE
In order to serve you better, we offer our machine shop facilities for items no longer available. A deposit may be required for custom-made/special-order material. We will not accept any returns or cancellations for custom-made parts.
FREIGHT
No freight allowances. Shipping and handling charges are added to all invoices.
SHIPPING
Stock items will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order. Non-stock items may be shipped within 3 to 8 weeks or as specified. Express delivery options are available.
RETURNS
No material will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) which you can get by calling our office at 609-646-1655. The RGA# must appear outside of all cartons. A 35% handling/restocking charge will be assessed to all returns for reasons other than Frank & Jim's Inc. error. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Custom made/special orders are not subject to return.
CLAIMS
It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages (concealed or otherwise). If damage has occurred, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Claims for shortages are to be filed with Frank & Jim's Inc. All claims must be made within 10 days.
